Hunter Biden Investigator’s Father Exposed as Corrupt IRS Agent

A Department of Justice attorney who led a lengthy investigation into Hunter Biden’s affairs is now under scrutiny as it comes to light that he is the son of a disgraced Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agent.

Meyer Weiss, the father of David Weiss, who served as the US Attorney for Delaware, was convicted in 1985 for accepting bribes totaling over $200,000 from individuals seeking to evade federal tax laws.

The revelation of this family connection has raised questions about the potential implications of the investigation and its impact on public perception.

Meyer Weiss, who worked at the IRS in Philadelphia for almost three decades from 1955 to 1984, faced legal consequences when his criminal activities were exposed.

In 1984, the Washington Post reported on his downfall, highlighting the severity of his misconduct. Court records reveal that Weiss confessed to his crimes and cooperated in the investigation, leading to his conviction.

As a result of his involvement in corruption, Meyer Weiss was sentenced to four years in prison and faced a significant fine of $100,000.

The fallout from his actions extended beyond his own life, as evidence suggests that he used the ill-gotten gains to partially fund his son David’s education, covering college and law school tuition.

Fast forward to the present day, the revelation of David Weiss’s familial connection to a convicted IRS agent adds a layer of complexity to his involvement in the investigation into Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden.
