Honasa consumer share jump as ICICI Prudential raises stake from 5.48% to 7.61%

Stock Market Today: Honasa Consumer shares soared up to 3% in the early exchanges on Saturday as ICICI Prudential increased their investment in the business from 5.48% to 7.61% Honasa Consumer’s share price began at ₹220.50 on the BSE on Saturday, nearly unchanged from the previous day’s closing price of ₹220.55. The Honasa Consumer share price reached an intraday high of ₹227.15, up almost 3%. In September 2025, Honasa Consumer’s share price reached a high of ₹546.50 but fell to a low of ₹205.25 by December 31, 2025. Hence, a rebound is currently positive and encouraged by stake rises by ICICI Prudential in Honasa Consumer.

ICICI Prudential raises stake in Honasa Consumer:

ICICI Prudential informed the markets on 31 January 2025 that it has grown its ownership in Honasa Consumer on a cumulative basis to 7.61% from 5.48%, as disclosed by ICICI Prudential on September 12, 2024.

ICICI Prudential recently purchased 4,80,383 Honasa Consumer shares, accounting for a 0.15% holding. Before the most recent acquisition of a 0.15% investment in Honasa Consumer, ICICI Prudential had 24,237,183 shares in Honasa Consumer, representing a 7.46% ownership; however, with the recent acquisition of 0.15% shares by ICICI Prudential. In Honasa Consumer, ICICI Prudential now owns 24,726566 shares, representing a 7.61% holding. ICICI Prudential acquired shares in Honasa Consumer from the open market.
