That’s why Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Joliet is bringing its Mobile Food Pantry to South Wilmington on Monday, February 24, 2025. From 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, volunteers will be at St. Lawrence Church, ready to provide free groceries to anyone who needs them. No sign-ups, no requirements—just a helping hand when you need it most.

Getting assistance shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why this food distribution is set up as a drive-thru. Just pull up, and volunteers will load your car with food—no need to get out. It’s fast, safe, and designed to make things as easy as possible for families going through a tough time.

There’s no paperwork or pre-registration required. If you need food, simply come by. The event will happen rain or shine, so you can count on support no matter what. Volunteers will be there, ready to help, ensuring no one leaves empty-handed.

If you can’t make it on February 24, there are other opportunities. Catholic Charities will also have a Mobile Food Pantry in Bradley on February 21 and another in Joliet on March 7. Plus, several local food pantries are open regularly to help families in need. No one should have to go hungry, and there are always places to turn for support.
