On St. Patrick’s Day, three suspects were arrested in West Palm Beach for victimizing women from Boca Raton and Delray Beach. The suspects targeted the women while they were celebrating at bars on Clematis Street.
Incident Details

According to the West Palm Beach Police Department, a group of five women from Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Pennsylvania were at Roxy’s Pub in the 300 block of Clematis Street when they discovered that some of their purses were emptied out. The stolen items included credit cards and cell phones. The women immediately reported the incident to the West Palm Beach Police Department’s Entertainment District Unit.
The officers verified that the stolen credit cards were being used at two nearby establishments, Grease Burger Bar and 123 Datura. The officers identified three men from Miami-Dade County who were charged with the crime. The suspects rang up hundreds of dollars in charges, including a $75 round of shots.
Arrests and Charges
The suspects dropped the stolen credit cards as they were being removed from one of the establishments. Once the trio was detained outside one of the establishments, a bartender from 123 Datura realized that her cell phone was also stolen.
Two of the suspects, Jose L. Gonzalez Rodriguez and Orlando Milan, were arrested and charged. Gonzalez Rodriguez was charged with credit card theft and credit card fraud, and Milan was charged with possession of a stolen credit card. The third suspect’s name has not been released pending an active investigation.
The car that the suspects were in, a Nissan Rogue, was impounded with stolen cell phones in it, including the cell phone belonging to the 123 Datura bartender.
