Mom left her son “with a close friend” while she went to work. A few hours later, he hurried the boy to the hospital, saying the boy had fallen but, in reality, had battered him to death out of fury

The court documents state that after being brought into jail, the 41-year-old man—later named as Errnest—was charged with murder and other offenses related to the death of the 6-year-old boy he was watching while the victim’s mother was employed at the nearby hospital. Authorities said that after the toddler urinated in his pants, the guy became enraged and killed the child by beating him.

The child’s mother sent her boy off “with a close friend of hers” before heading to work last week, sparking the start of the investigation. A few hours later, the man claimed the youngster had fallen and took him to the hospital with potentially fatal injuries.

The infant was lacking flesh from his “behind,” according to hospital officials, and had open sores on that body area, which they reported to the investigators. The youngster also experienced seizures. The youngster didn’t get better until Tuesday, when he passed away.

Authorities apparently found out throughout the course of the investigation that the 41-year-old guy had been spotted on security footage grabbing a large piece of wood, with the young child trailing behind him. According to the authorities, the man violently beaten the infant before applying hydrogen peroxide to the open wounds.

The boy was then made to perform sit-ups and jumping jacks by the 41-year-old male in place of receiving medical attention or dialing 911. After a little while, the youngster passed out. Even then, the man drove the youngster to the emergency room rather than dialing 911. According to court documents, the 41-year-old male entered a not guilty plea to the accusations.

Raising money for the boy’s burial costs, the victim’s relatives announced that he “was a gifted child and had so much life to live.” The death of our lovely, kind, generous, brilliant, and sparkling star has left us inconsolable. Our family will never be able to move over this terrible tragedy. Too soon a precious little guy was gone from us. We appreciate any assistance you may provide us!
